Education:

Roberta has 30 years experience as a physical therapist in our community. Roberta is a certified manual therapist through the University of St. Augustine (200+ hours MTC designation). She is also a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. This training is 800+ hours over a period of 3 ½ years. There are only 4 physical therapists on Long Island who are also GCFPs. She has taken numerous manual therapy courses and advanced Feldenkrais trainings over her many years of practice. She has worked in many settings and with diverse populations including private practice, pediatrics, short-term rehab, long-term care, acute care, and home care. She has worked in the field of hippotherapy (working with patients using the movement of horses as a treatment tool). She was the co-owner of Physical Therapy of West Sayville from 1984-1990, and the owner of Sayville Physical Therapy from 1990-2004.
